Florida Resident Swamp Special »

Alligators in the Big Apple

Orlando, Florida: Think you’ve seen it all in New York City? Ask Tim Williams, the Dean of Gator Wrestlin’ from Gatorland to reveal the contents of his duffle bag and you might be surprised at what he carrying around with him.

“My job requires that I travel around the country with alligators, crocodiles and snakes,” Williams notes. “You should see how people react when I open my canvas bag and pull out a 4-5 foot alligator,” Williams states. “It’s an experience few forget.”

Williams and his crew of snapping assistants arrive in New York City on February 15 – 19th to promote the opening of the theme parks new attraction, Gator Gully Splash Park, that features unusual water sources crafted to resemble some of the parks most popular residents.

Mr. Williams is available to schedule appointments and/or interviews during his stay in New York City. Please contact Michelle Harris at (407) 948-5044 to grab hold of this unique experience that hopefully will bring a little sunshine to the Big Apple.

This year, guest appearances for Tim and his four-legged friends include BBC Natural History with Sir David Attenborough, CNN Rita Cosby, MSNBC Glenn Beck, the Lighter Side of Sports, and Backyard Habitat with Animal Planet .
Gatorland is a 110-acre theme park and wildlife preserve, combining “Old Florida” charm with exciting, new exhibits and entertainment. The park opened as a roadside attraction in 1949.
