Orlando, Fl.: Explore and learn about the wilder side of Central Florida’s endangered species at the “Alligator Capital of the World” on May 17th for the 1st Annual Endangered Species Day.
This one-of-a-kind event will feature interactive experiences with some of the areas leading plant and animal experts along with games and education stations sure to capture the attention of even the smallest reptile wrangler.
Specials guests will include Entomologist Fred Bowler from the Central Florida Zoo, bird of prey demonstrations from the Audubon Center for Bird of Prey in Maitland, Florida Black Bear research updates and plant specialists who can help you identify the native plants around your home.
