Yes, we will continue to operate the Gatorland Express Train ride throughout the day. Our staff have been instructed in sanitation between rides, and seats are marked for social distancing. Waiting areas are clearly marked for guests to wait in family groups 6-feet apart.
Yes, our zip line rides will continue to operate with spacing out of riders between the seven towers. Two zip line guides will continue to accompany guests on the tour for operational safety.
For the safety of guests, during Phase 1 of our re-opening, we will not be operating our Tortoise feeding and our Aviary will remain closed. All other encounters with continue with operational procedures to allow for social distancing.
Two of our shows operate in outdoor arenas; The Legends Alligators of the Swamp show and the Upclose encounters show. Each location features stadium-style seating. We have marked off areas where guests may not sit, to provide adequately for social distancing. The Gator Jumparoo show will not operate during Phase 1 or Phase 2 or our re-opening due to social distancing challeges.
Gatorland will operate normal business hours once we re-open, currently, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM 7 days a week.
During Phase I of our re-opening the Gator Gully Splash Park will remain closed for the safety of our guests.
